Change the accent colour

In src/app/globals.css, change --color-accent and --color-accent-hover to my brand colours. Check the category tiles and the filter chips in light mode.

Add five tools to src/lib/catalog.ts following the existing Tool entries. Make sure each category exists in the categories list, then confirm the tools appear on /explore.
