Relay conversation redesign

  • Every assistant reply now reads like a real conversation: a header (Relay, the model that answered, a timestamp), citations rolled up into a Sources card list under the reply, and code blocks with a real file-path header and line numbers, not just a language tag
  • Feedback row per reply - Copy, a thumbs up/down toggle, and a 'Retry with another model' dropdown that regenerates with whichever model you pick
  • Redesigned empty state - a bigger headline, the composer itself front-and-center with an attach button and compact keyboard hints, richer prompt cards (category + icon + question), and a 'Pick up where you left off' row for recent threads
  • A per-thread top bar with Share (native share sheet, or copy the link) and Export (downloads the conversation as Markdown) - both work with zero backend
  • Sidebar now groups threads by Today / Yesterday / Earlier and actually sorts by recency; fixed a couple of real accessibility gaps a mobile-width and open-dropdown pass turned up (a missing listbox role, two unlandmarked mobile-only regions)

  • A real Cmd+K shortcut that focuses thread search, with a Shortcuts tab in Settings
  • No bundled marketing site, docs site, or component showcase - this is a UI kit, not a SaaS starter, so there's nothing to browse that the source and README don't already say; the root route is just the working product
