Does pricing apply per template or for all templates?+
Pricing is per template. If you want to use multiple templates, you purchase each one separately.
Is there a subscription or recurring fee?+
No. TheKitBase uses one-time pricing. You pay once and own the template forever. Updates are included on all plans - 6 months for Solo, 1 year for Team, and lifetime for Agency.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Team or Agency later?+
Yes. Contact us and we'll apply a credit for what you already paid. You only pay the difference.
Can I use a template for client work?+
Solo is for one developer building one end product for your own work - your SaaS, portfolio, startup, or side project. Commercial use is fine; client work (projects built for paying clients) requires Team or Agency. Team and Agency include client work within your tier's deployment limits. On any tier, you may customize and rebrand the template - you do not need to tell clients or end users that you used a TheKitBase template. You may not resell or redistribute the source code as a standalone template product.
What if I'm unhappy with a template?+
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If the template doesn't match its description or live preview, email us and we'll work to make it right. Reach out to support first - most issues are resolved the same day.
