Refund Policy

We stand behind every template we sell.

Our approach

We evaluate each refund request on its merits. If you have a genuine issue with a template - it doesn't match the description, a critical feature is broken, or you purchased the wrong item - contact us and we'll work to resolve it. We'd rather fix your problem than leave you unhappy.

Because source code is delivered immediately on purchase, we are not able to offer automatic or unconditional refunds. Each case is reviewed individually.

When you may be eligible for a refund

  • The template does not match its description or screenshots on the product page
  • A critical technical issue prevents the template from functioning as advertised
  • You purchased the wrong template by mistake and contacted us promptly

When refunds are not available

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer need the template
  • You've already used the template in a deployed or client project
  • The issue is caused by modifications you made to the template code
  • You did not read the description, tech stack, or live preview before purchasing

How to request a refund

Email us

Send a message to support@thekitbase.app with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

We review it

We'll review your request within 1 business day. We may ask for clarification or request to see the issue.

Resolution

If approved, your refund is processed via Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. In many cases we'll fix the issue instead.

We almost always fix it first

Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, please contact our support team. In our experience, most setup issues are resolved quickly - often within a few hours. We'd rather help you get your project working than process a refund.
